Ninja Warrior Classes
Our youth classes are designed for young athletes at introductory and recreational levels. These classes
are led by trained coaches with diverse skills and backgrounds to meet the needs and learning styles of
all. Our coaches have experience in the sport and most are competitive athletes who bring their own
training and competitive experience into the gym to provide top level instruction.
Our ninja curriculum is designed to work students through levels of skills in the areas of agility, speed,
strength, momentum, precision, and balance in order to navigate and overcome obstacles in various
environments through jumping, swinging, climbing, balancing, and running. Our colored band system will
work students through the rainbow of skills from basic to advanced. Our curriculum includes a leveled
focus on agility, balance, horizontal holds, vertical holds, bars, laches, ropes, warped wall, dynamic
moves, and general fitness.
Class members can add an unlimited open gym pass for just $75. That’s 12 weeks of unlimited open gym for just $6.25/week!
We encourage all of our class members to attend class each week and at least one open gym to practice their skills on their own.
Open gym is also a great time to get energy out and have fun with friends so many of our members spend part of their time training and
part of their time playing. It’s a perfect balance!
Don't worry if we are in the middle of a session. If there is still room in the class, you can join
mid-session and pay a pro-rated amount.
Our curriculum is cyclical by design to maximize practice and mastery so you'll still be exposed to skills
missed earlier in the session. so you'll still be exposed to skills missed earlier in the session.

format of this class.
This class brings ninja beyond our curriculum, teaches youth about intentional and focused training, teaches youth how to focus & design their
training based on their needs (and interest), and integrates collaborative training techniques to engage athletes to teach and encourage them
to become lifelong athletes. Our goal is to teach youth to love fitness and movement as well as how to continue these practices on their own
into high school and adulthood. Our ultimate goal is that they are able to continue their training regardless of where they are and regardless
of if there is a coach available or not. Each week will likely look different based on the goals that are determined by the group.
Because it will be a collaborative effort, skill & obstacle goals will be determined by the group and stations, drills, & challenges will
be designed by both coaches AND athletes. The same will be done with courses. These will be designed and implemented by both coaches AND athletes.
The design of this class is a collaborative effort so that students have strong ownership.

Cancellation & Injury Policy
Class registrations are non-refundable and all sales are final. Once a class spot is taken,
it cannot be resold and cancellations are unlikely to be resold. In the event of an injury that
restricts physical participation for more than two weeks,
we ask that a doctor’s note be provided and a credit will be held for the classes missed due to the
injury.
Low Registration
Our experience shows that children learn best when working with others.
They learn from watching each other, are more motivated, have more fun, and are able
to work on social skills when working in a group. To ensure the best class experience possible,
a minimum of 4 participants is required for a class to run smoothly and effectively.
We reserve the right to cancel any class with lower registration one week prior to its start date.
If a class is cancelled for low registration, all current registrants will be contacted with the option to
select a different class or receive a refund.
Weather
Safety is always our top priority. We will follow the lead of the Grand Island School District when making decisions to
close for inclement weather. If the GICSD has closed for the day or cancelled after school activities due to weather, our
facility will also be closed. In the event of a class cancelled due to weather, an open gym pass will be credited to your
account in place of the missed class. This pass will be valid for 30 days from the date of the missed class.
Illness
As a small, family-owned and operated business, we maintain a small staff. The benefit is consistency in who is instructing
your child and the knowledge that our staff knows its clients well. The disadvantage is limited staffing. In the event of staff illness,
we always do our best to provide coverage and have no impact on classes. In the event coverage cannot be provided and a class
must be cancelled due to coach illness, an open gym pass will be credited to your account in place of the missed class.
This pass will be valid for 30 days from the date of the missed class.
Student Absence Policy
We know your life is busy. You and your child have many other obligations that will at times conflict with your classes at
The Park and we are completely fine with that. We love seeing and hearing about the other activities our students are involved in.
We also know that illness strikes. If your child is sick, we ask you to please keep them, and their germs, home for the day.
Our activities utilize much shared equipment and, despite cleaning and sanitation efforts, germs spread quickly among kids
so we appreciate your help in keeping our staff and other clients healthy. Because we believe kids should have a
well-rounded experience in life and we want sick kids at home resting, we have no attendance requirement for our classes.
You have paid for these services and we are here for you. We also know you have paid for these services and you work hard
for your money so we don’t want to see that go to waste. As long as you have marked your child’s absence in our system prior
to class starting, your account will be issued an open gym pass in place of their missed class. This pass will be valid for 30 days
from the date of the missed class.
Leveled Band System
Our youth classes are leveled based on skill and ability so we
can best instruct and meet the needs of each athlete. To earn
a colored band, athletes must be able to successfully complete
9 out of 10 items during a testing class. Testing nights are
held once/session (4 times a year).
